Shipping Options:
We rely on shipping services such as UPS to offer free shipping to most of the contitental United States. In the rare case that we would have trouble fulfilling your shipping order based on your location, we will contact you to immediateley to discuss the options. International Delivery:
We do not currently offer international delivery.
Delivery Time:
When we receive your order, it will take us between 2-5 days to have it shipped, and depending on your location it could take between 1-7 days to arrive.
Cancellation:
We offer free cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order. After that we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
Note: On a rare occasion, the manufacturer might discontinue the item; in that case we will do our best to accomodate you or cancel the order and refund your payment.

Warranty Coverage:
Items bought from Lebix that are found to be defective are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Each warranty request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us by email at support@lebix.com with the subject "Warranty Request" and provides us with the item, description of the issue and accompanying photographs.
