Shipping

Shipping Options:
We rely on shipping services such as UPS to offer free shipping to most of the contitental United States. In the rare case that we would have trouble fulfilling your shipping order based on your location, we will contact you to immediateley to discuss the options. If you have any questions please contact us at support@lebix.com with the subject "Shipping Request".

Alaska:
Please contact us at support@lebix.com with the subject "Alaska Shipping Request".

International Delivery:
We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery Time:
When we receive your order, it will take us between 2-5 days to have it shipped, and depending on your location it could take between 1-7 days to arrive.

Cancellation:
We offer free cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order. After that we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

Note: On a rare occasion, the manufacturer might discontinue the item; in that case we will do our best to accomodate you or cancel the order and refund your payment.

Return & Exchanges

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
Lebix accepts refund and exchange requests in certain situations, the following conditions must be met (for warranty coverage see below):

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges can't be made for discontinued items.

Important:

  • Returns & refunds will incurr a 15% restocking fee unless the items was damaged on arrival, an incorrect item was delivered, or other defect discovered.
  • Exchanges can be made for similar items, or store credit without any fees.

Return & Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange process, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account on Lebix.
  2. Go to My Account > Orders.
  3. Locate the order you wish to submit a return for and press Return Items.
  4. Complete the return request form. If you choose the reason as Other, make sure to explain the situation in the Comments box.
  5. Once you submit your return request form, a Costless Warehouse represantitive will contact you within 48 hours.

Warranty Coverage:
Items bought from Lebix that are found to be defective are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Each warranty request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us by email at support@lebix.com with the subject "Warranty Request" and provides us with the item, description of the issue and accompanying photographs.
